Your friendly neighborhood musician/producer Marcus James Christian makes plans to share the wealth... perhaps with you!
Marcus James Christian has established a solid, reproducable method of creating consistent and recurring sales of talent packed independent albums. He talks about one of his methods. "The first time I heard about YouTube and the growing leagues of online video sharing sites they were well in their infancy. So I began testing. I tried every form of G to PG rated music video there was. When all the data came back I was able to identify what worked and what didn't. The great thing about it I found was that you didn't have to change the music or sacrifice the integrity of the music as you would if you were trying to impress the old record industry 1.0 A & R executives with radio filler. You make the music you truly feel compelled to create. Then as it hoovers there, pure and pristene in cyberspace, you can market it through video and countless other efficient methods."

Christian says not just any music and not just any music video will do. "After nearly one hundred different video marketing experiments we realized almost in shock that we had netted well over, I mean well over one million views!" Christian went on to say that what was even better was the fact he was able to reduplicate the successes over and over again.

"I'm really thrilled now to be able to open my system up to talents I will select through an audition process. I mean, I don't even like the idea of fame and it works! I prefer a focus on the music I create. So just imagine when I find the right talents who are really hungry for massive fame and success through the new media venues!"

Christian says his system is for real talents only. Those looking to perhaps make a fair yet meager income as true artists. "I'm not looking for people who are dellusional about the music business. I have been in the music business off and on since I was a kid. I know the truths that newbies just don't and can't understand. Stay away from get rich quick tornado's full of hype. The team I am assembling won't be offered any dream world scenarios. I'm offering a chance to do real work, as a real artist, in the audio visual arts and receive a real check that frankly may sometimes be 'real small' if the recipient is lost in a ga-ga land of overnight, eight figure paydays."

Online music videos are just a small part of a big picture says Christian. "The proven, reproducable systems I have developed are multi-part and have rules, reasons and requirments in order for the whole machine to function flawlessly. However the hard-earned, proprietary information I now posses shall not be given out in a careless babbling to anyone. It is something I will only share through the actual team experience with those I select through the audition process."

Christian says he has even been limiting his own success because of his lack of desire to be a 'famous star' artist himself. "I remember back when I was about eighteen. I would have been all over this 'create your own internet fame' thing. So much has changed and so have my desires. There are so many things I have wanted to put into effect as I am quite sure they will bring massive success which includes fame, but I just don't want to be the face of the fame anymore. I'm going to love assembling this team and cutting the royalty checks. They will have to be ready to handle the whole process though. Live performance, recording studio sessions, music videos, acting and a desire to embrace a million plus viewing and listening audience." Christian will be conducting his first auditions during the fall and winter of 2007 in preparation for his 2008 release season.

With an internationally successful, pioneering, six album new age iTunes catalogue one might think modesto musician/singing actor Marcus James Christian might rest on such laurels. Not so says Christian. "Much has been achieved, but the best is yet to come!"
